How To Instantly Access Your Peak Performance State Part 2:

Step 3: And now it’s time to do the Circle of Excellence.

Process:

Imagine that you can see a circle drawn on the floor in front of you and as you stand in front of that circle now, I want you to imagine that this circle represents ALL of your excellence – Anything that you’ve ever accomplished. Anytime you’ve ever felt powerful or confident or loved is contained within that circle. And just look down on the ground so you can see this circle lying on the ground in front of you – and as you look at that circle now- YOUR CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE, Imagine what color it is. So if all of your excellence had a color, what color would it have?

If it made a sound, what sound would it make? Imagine that sound emanating from the circle now.

Now in a moment, (not just yet) I’m going to have you step into the circle and when I ask you to step in, I want you to physically “step forward” as if you are stepping right into that circle of excellence.

So NOW go ahead and step right into the circle and as you do that now, standing into your circle of excellence, I want you to think of a time in your past where you felt totally powerful. Think of a specific time/incident and as you go back to that time now, where you felt totally powerful, step into your body, see what you saw at the time, when you felt totally powerful, hear what you heard, notice what you say to yourself in your own mind when you think of being totally powerful now, what do you say to yourself now as you are right there inside that event, notice the feelings inside your body – if there’s a specific location or a size or a shape or a vibration to the feelings of power and now I want you to go ahead and turn up the feelings of power in your body like the volume knob on a television. Double the level of feelings in your body right now –Very good.

Now go ahead and step back out of the circle, look back down and see the circle once again and notice the color, notice the sound.

And now we are going to add more to that circle, so once again, go ahead and step back into the circle and as you step into the circle now, notice you can feel the feelings of power once again surging through your body and as you do that now, I now want you to think of a time in your past where you felt totally confident. Think of a specific time where you felt absolutely confident and as you go back to that time now where you felt totally confident so you are looking through your own eyes, seeing what you saw at the time, hearing the sounds around you and feeling the feelings of being totally confident right NOW!

And go ahead and stack those right on top of those feelings of power, feeling the confidence and the power in your body now – Very good.

Now once again, go ahead and step back out of the circle, that’s right, so the circle remains on the floor in front of you, noticing any shifts to the colors, to the sounds the circle makes.

And now, once again step back in and as you step back into the circle notice the that you immediately feel the feelings of power, the feelings of confidence and as you do that now, it’s time to bring in some other useful feelings, you see there are other resources that you have that could be useful as you move powerfully into the future and I know you’ve had times in your life when you felt like you were on a roll) where you really felt like you couldn’t fail, like you knew you could have it all. So now, think of a specific time in the past, as you stand in your circle, think of a specific time when you were really on a roll.

Think of a specific incident when you were on a roll, where you knew you could have it all and as you step into that time now, I want you to look through your own eyes, seeing what you saw at the time when you were on a roll, hearing the sounds around you and feeling the feelings of being on a roll. Feel those feelings in your body now. Feel them rising up in your body and allow that feeling to surge and rise and notice what you say to yourself in your own mind when you think of being on a roll knowing you can have it all and turn those feelings up like the volume knob on a television right NOW and add them, let them be stacked onto the feelings of confidence, the feelings of power in your body. Feel all those feelings now. Being on a roll, being confident, being powerful – That’s right.

And now step back out of the circle and as you step back out of the circle now, look at the circle in front of you, notice the color, notice the sound that it might make – Very good.

Now it is time to step right back in and as you step back into that circle feel the feelings of power, of confidence, being on a roll surging through your body. Hold your body the way you would if you were totally powerful and confident and you had that feeling of being on a roll, right now – and as you do that now, you know that there are some other feelings that could be useful. For example, I wonder if you could think of a time in the past where you felt totally loved.

Think of a specific time when you felt totally loved. Think of a specific time when you felt totally and unconditionally loved and as you go back to that time now, step into it, see what you saw at the time, hear what you heard and feel the feelings of being totally loved – Right now.

Feel the feelings of love in your body and turn those up like the volume knob on a television and I want you to add those to feelings of being on a roll, the feelings confidence, the feelings of power – very good.

And now, step back out of the circle once again and as you step back out of the circle notice the color and the sound of the circle now, that’s right.

Now there’s another resource I’d like to add to the circle so go ahead and step back in and as you step back in now, notice automatically you can feel the feelings of power and confidence surging, the feelings of being on a roll and the feelings of being totally, totally loved all surging through your body.

You know, sometimes a useful resource is a resource of laughter. So I want you to think of a time right now, a specific incident in your past that was really, really funny.

Think of a specific time in your past where you could just fall down laughing. Go back to it. You know some things are just so funny, like maybe someone told you a joke or you saw something hilarious.

Step into it, see what you saw at the time, hear what you heard (lots of laughing) and feel the feelings of falling down laughing, feel those feelings and as you do that now I want you to stack those feelings on top of feeling totally loved, the feelings of being on a roll, the feelings of power and the feelings of confidence in your body.

Feel all those feelings right now, and in THIS STATE of mind and emotion, NOW, remember that thing that was to happen in the future that maybe you didn’t feel so resourceful about, I want you to consider that now. Imagine right now, going into that situation in the future, where in the past you might have not felt resourceful – as you go into that situation in the future now, I want you to take with you these resourceful states. The feelings of power, the feelings of confidence, the feelings of being on a roll, being totally loved, (laugh) and like you could fall down laughing and as you imagine going into that situation with these resources, notice how different it is now in light of the resources you bring to the table. In light of the power that you bring to the table, the feeling of being on a roll, being loved, of confidence with just a little bit of laughter. Notice how easy it is to excel with these resources. Imagine yourself going into that situation with ease, with power. Step into that situation in the future so you are looking through your own eyes, with these resources and notice how easy it is to feel all these feelings – Very good.

And as you look even further out into the future, notice your entire future is changing as well. It is becoming brighter, more brilliant, more alive. This one event was a cause set in motion that’s changed your entire future stream of time.

And now leaving all that out there know that it is yours, that it was destined to be, come all the way back to now, right back into the room and right back down into now.

You can step back out of your circle and open your eyes – Well done!
