Let’s take a look at a spiritual principle of Abundance known as, “The Principle of Good Enough Compensation.”

You are compensated in accordance to the value that you bring. The value that you bring to yourself, others and the world.

Her’s a story about Pablo Picasso.

He was enjoying a meal at a restaurant when a man interrupted him, handed him a napkin and asked: “Could you sketch something for me? I’ll pay. Name your price.”

Picasso took the napkin, pulled a charcoal pencil from his pocket and started sketching. Using only a few strokes, he drew a goat that was unmistakably a Picasso. He held it up for the man to see.

The man smiled and reached to take the sketch. But Picasso withheld it.

“That will be $100,000.” Picasso said.

The man was astonished. “$100,000? You drew that in 30 seconds!”

Picasso crumpled up the napkin and stuffed it in his pocket.

“You’re wrong.” he said.

“It’s taken me 40 years to do that.”

Know the value and worth of who you are and what you bring.

Pablo Picasso who passed away in 1973, still remains a top grossing artist with his paintings fetching tens of millions up to 179 million dollars.

Your results don’t lie. Numbers do not lie. They show us the current reality of where we are now. If you are playing small in your life you will be creating small results. If you are operating out of your greatness you will be creating greater results.

If you’re not where you want to be right now, you’ve not created the foundation, the Fibonacci of where you want to be yet.

E.g. If you are eating nutritious high quality food, exercising and working out and your body is in good shape, you are creating great value for yourself physically. You are implementing habits of empowerment for yourself.

If you are eating fast food, lots of sugary snacks, not exercising or moving and you’re not in great shape you are not creating value for yourself physically. You are implementing habits of disempowerment for yourself.

In the first example, you are eating to live, in the 2nd example you are living to eat.

If the work you are doing is not challenging you and you are not using your innate gifts, talents and skillsets then you will not be paid what you want.

If you are doing what you love and yes it may be a challenge or it stretches you to grow, learn new things and operate as your greatness, where you shine as your innate gifts, talents and skillsets then you will be paid commensurate with the value that you bring to others.

In the first example you are working to get a paycheck and survive. You are living as your Smallness. In the 2nd example you are living as your Greatness.

It is imperative that you accept where you are, even if you feel you deserve more. Perhaps you need to upgrade your skills or bring more value if you want to create more money, wealth and prosperity, better relationships or better overall health and wellbeing.

Acceptance releases scarcity and inspires abundance, because it inspires a different energy that allows you find creative solutions.

Your compensation will go up when your energy frequency goes up. When you operate as your Greatness you operate as you highest vibrational frequency. When you operate as your Smallness, you operate at your lowest vibrational frequency.

When you operate out of your creative orientation and your highest creative frequency you will get completely different outcomes compared to when you operate out of your egoic orientation and your lowest vibrational frequency..

One of the most powerful things that we can do is to make the most of what we have and where we’re at in this very moment.

Regardless of where you’re at, the magic is in making something out of nothing.

That’s where transcendence happens.

We can get caught up in “Oh, nothing’s going on right now or things are not great right now. I’m not at the place that I want to be right now.” Sound familiar?

And that’s simply not the truth. In any moment (including: I don’t have the money right now, the resources right now, the time right now, the level of health right now, the community that I love right now)  in every moment there is magic.

In every moment we can manifest something out of absolutely nothing because what we’re not aware of, or what we’ve forgotten is the power, the invincibility, and the pure creative power of what is unmanifest.

When we focus on what we are not, what we don’t have yet, we completely miss what is actually there. We can’t see what is being created for us.

Everything already exists in the unmanifest realm. All your dreams, your vision, your wildest aspirations and true heart’s desire is alive and vibrating as a living energetic frequency. Just because you can’t see it, just because it doesn’t appear to be physically around you doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.

It is in the process of being created and made manifest into your reality.

A couple of months ago, I had made a decision to go to Australia and that’s where I am right now. I’m here in Sydney. Prior to making that decision, it simply didn’t exist.

Also, as part of that and coming to Australia, it was my Mum’s birthday. It was going to be my Mum’s  93rd birthday in the month of March.

Now, did I have all the details? Was the money to come here going to be available in my bank account? Did I have the time to come for a month? Where was I going to stay? Did I know that my Mum was still going to be around? Was there a possibility that her health may not have been great? All of that existed, but I simply focused on the end result that:

#1:  I was going to go to Australia

#2: I was going to Australia to be with my Mum, see her spend time with her and celebrate her birthday.

Originally, nobody was going to come and celebrate my Mum’s birthday. Everybody was busy, they were doing other things. But I had something else in mind. I wanted to celebrate my Mum’s birthday and literally out of nothing, 10 people came and we filled up the entire room where my Mum lives. It was an absolutely amazing event.

It was the most beautiful impromptu gathering. And for about three or four hours, everybody was just there, celebrating life and celebrating my Mum and just being in the moment just being present.

And that came out of nothing. It didn’t exist. And then it just came together in the moment.

Over the last couple of years, my Mum hasn’t been celebrating her birthday. When my family have said, “We’ll come over and celebrate your birthday.”

She’s said, “Oh no, I don’t want to be bothered.”

But this time I said to Mum, “I’m coming over and my cousin Thelly she’s coming with me and just the two of us will be there and we’re going to celebrate you.”

And just from that joy, from the vibration of that frequency, all these other people decided that they were going to come and show up as well.

That’s the beauty of being present. That’s the beauty of being willing to just create something out of nothing purely for the love of it. That’s the beauty of what comes together when your focused on the end result, and that is the magnificence of transcendence, when you make the most out of what you have and by doing that you choose to celebrate life.

You choose to celebrate being, you choose to be and not get caught up in how you believe it has to be.

Joy is the emotional counterpart of your Superconscious nature. It puts you in your Creative orientation and it is where you operate at your highest vibrational frequency.

I had no idea who was going to be coming when I first decided to come to celebrate and be with Mum. I had no idea about how I was going to get back and forth from the hotel where I was staying in Bowral to where my Mum is now. She’s in a nursing home.

I discovered I could walk there. It’s a 35 minute walk one way and it was, “ Ok that’s how I’m getting there.”

Some days I’d get a cab one way.  I didn’t have to worry about the “how” it was going to happen.

“ I’ll  just made it up as I go” and that’s exactly how it happened.

You can make magic literally out of nothing…

And the look of radiance on my Mum’s face from having everybody there and just being with family and friends was priceless, absolutely priceless.

When it comes to transcendence, don’t get caught up in how you think things are, how they appear how they seem. It’s not the truth.

E.g. I don’t have the money right now, the relationship right now, the freedom right now, the time right now, the body right now, the health right now, the house right now, I’m not where I want to live right now, where I want to be etc.

What you desire already actually exists in you right now. You simply need to bring it out.

What are you choosing to create? What are you focused on? You can make something out of nothing simply by choosing, “This is what I love” and the Universe does conspire to make it happen.

I literally started getting ideas of what would be required, what to put together, and it just happened.

The money, the time away, the people, the resources, places to stay all came together for this trip. It all appeared.

For my Mum’s party my intuition said, “Go and buy paper plates, cups, napkins, disposable knives, forks and spoons, candles, matches and fun little cupcakes.” I then went and picked them all up at the grocery store.

When we arrived, my cousin and I grabbed extra chairs and a small table from inside the dining hall at my Mum’s nursing home.

It literally happened. Ten people all came, ten people were laughing, were connecting, were enjoying each other’s company, and just the pleasure of being in the moment, that wonderful direct experience of presence, the joy.

That’s the beauty of transcendence. Out of the nothingness, you get to make the most out of what you have.
