I’d like to run something by you.
Do you know how to drive a car? Yes of course you do.
Now imagine your legs didn’t work, you couldn’t move your body from your chest down and your hands didn’t function properly (they were bound up) could you still drive?
Answer: No it’s not possible. It’s impossible right!
You’ve become friends with someone who was involved in an accident and due to the accident they have become a quadriplegic. Their spinal cord was severed and they are completely paralyzed from the upper chest down. They can’t use their legs and they have the manual dexterity of an 18 month – 2 year old child. They can’t really use their hands terribly well.
After they had the accident they were in hospital with a metallic “Halo” – a Halo thoracic brace that was bolted to their skull for 12 months to prevent further injury to their spinal cord.
As they are now paralyzed their life has changed completely and it has become impossible for them to drive. It’s impossible isn’t it?
If you said that this scenario is impossible you’d be totally incorrect. You are negating the possibility due to your beliefs.
Did you stop to think, “How could it be?” What would make this possible? What can be done?
Or did you see a picture of yourself without legs and hands and then you told yourself in your own mind “It’s impossible.”
Where are you taking yourself out of the game because of your beliefs that something is impossible, or even if it is possible, it’s just not possible for you? Resistance is a thing!
Challenges or conflicts are not roadblocks but rather detours that require you to use your Superconscious, your Genius, your intuition, be in your Creative orientation and intend the end result you want to discover new pathways to reach your destination.
Here’s a quote from the Bible. From Romans 12: 2
Do not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and prove what is God’s will. Prove what is the good, acceptable and perfect will of God.
Translated in terms of Alchemy:
Do not get caught up in your Egoic orientation and your perceptions & beliefs about how the world is (including you). Instead let God (which is your Creator) your Superconscious/your Genius completely change the way you think, change the way you create (you come from your Creative Orientation) so that you live differently.
Then you’ll experience, you will know what the Creator in you, which is your highest creative potential, your true nature & purpose has in store for you, wants for you, wants you to do to fulfill your true heart’s desire.
You are God, you are the Creator – your Superconscious, your Genius knows already what is highest and best for you. It is connected to everything across all time and space and brings to you infinite possibilities including what seems to be, appears to be impossible.
In the Bible passage it says, “let God” meaning let your Creator, allow and accept your genius/Superconscious intuition/the wisdom, embrace it fully. Take it on board 100%. A Creator accepts and allows everything, embraces everything and follows through. A victim does not.
It also says, “God’s Will” – God’s will is your will as a Creator, using your will as a Creator to gain momentum towards your true end result.
There is nothing stopping you living, being and doing what you love. What prevents you having it all in this moment is your resistance. The belief(s) that you make up about the world. That blind refractory force that denies the will of God. It is not real and it is not the truth.
Let me expand upon the scenario above.
It’s about a dear friend of mine named Larry. He was involved in a motorbike accident, broke his neck and became a quadriplegic at the age of 26. He was in hospital in a halo thoracic brace for 12 months. After going through rehab, he learned how to drive. He did this via a keypad on his electric wheelchair. He pressed specific buttons on the keypad with a metal stick that was connected to his hand by strips of Velcro. This was indeed remarkable! He did get his driver’s license and was an amazing driver!
Larry taught me that there is nothing, no “thing” that is impossible.
Yes it takes follow through, and a laser focus on your true end result. In his case living an extraordinary life.
He didn’t make excuses, he didn’t get caught up in feeling sorry for himself, yes he accepted and acknowledged that while he may have been physically paralyzed, he was more agile and dexterous in his thinking than most able bodied human beings. It didn’t stop him. Nothing got in his way. He wasn’t paralyzed in his mind. He was completely free. He lived in his creative Genius.
