Is reality all it’s cracked up to be?
Well, that depends upon what’s your definition of reality. Is reality as you define it, based upon your ego, beliefs and your identity? Is it colored and flavored by your model of the world which is a distorted perception based upon your internal filter system?
After all, all our beliefs are contrived. We make them up based upon our perception. We take a “mental snapshot” of events that occur and then make them mean something. It’s totally arbitrary. We determine in an instant whether an event threatens our very survival or not. From there we create the story of who believe ourself to be.
What if reality was something completely different? What if reality was comprised of everything else other than our ego, identity and beliefs?
What if reality was what we see as children, what we observe in our wildest imagination?
What if reality actually is a state of grace? A flow state where everything is connected across all time, space and dimensions. A state that has infinite possibilities and that our true heart’s desire is reality. In fact, it’s inevitable.
As human beings we spend so much time experiencing what it’s like to be an individual, separate from everything around us that we forget that we truly are Divine.
And if we are Divine, what then…
A deliciousness to indulge in for a moment or for eternity… As Divine we are reverberating energy, a state of pure bliss in becoming awake and aware of our true self, our true nature and purpose.
A state of being. Pure beingness, pure awareness, pure consciousness experiencing itself as Self again and again. Pure love rippling out to the edge of the Universe and back again. Limitless, invincible, pure creativity itself.
Playing in the field of wonder, the unknown and the unknowable that can only be discovered in this realm of the infinite. Pure pleasure at play.
What if this is our reality and we’re just pretending to be stuck, that we’re just pretending to not know our Greatness. That we are merely playing drama, avoidance and denial in order to experience what it’s like to be a character in a movie, a holographic universe where we can change the matrix of our experience as readily as stepping in and out of a video game.
In one game we are a Warrior Queen or King. In another we are adventurers who fly across the galaxy. In another we are a penniless underdog who overcomes adversity against all odds and discovers the key to harnessing all the riches that exist in the manifest plane.
Now that’s a reality you can revel in!
Nothing, no thing is real. Except for what we choose that is our true heart’s desire.
We create it all and we can step in and out of it like changing clothing. We wake up in the morning and after bathing in the ocean of pure consciousness we immerse ourself into whatever outfit is obvious.
Perhaps it’s a bikini and we’re languishing in a pool enjoying the rays of the sun that kiss our skin and bathe us in pure abundance. Perhaps it’s a suit of armor that is designed to protect us as we bravely go into battle. Perhaps it’s whisper light as a gossamer silk kimono that floats like an ethereal dance as we walk along our sacred path.
The question is, what reality do you want to create?
The reality you choose is up to you.
